Accommodation

Tax:  All rates are inclusive of GST (goods and services tax) @ 15%.

Minimum stay: A two night minimum stay is required for both the Lodge and the Cottage.

Special dietary needs: Please advise us when you make your reservation of any special dietary requirements or allergies we should be aware of.

Check in: Our check in time is between 2pm and 4.30pm, with check out at 10am.  Please advise upon booking if check in will be later than 4.30pm, so that we can best plan for your arrival.

Payment: A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable upon departure.

Cancellation policy: As you may appreciate, we are a small, exclusive establishment and cancellations have a significant impact.  if you cancel up to 30 days prior to your stay, you will forfeit the 25% deposit.  Cancellations within 7 days of your stay will not be refundable and 100% will be due unless we can find another booking in which case only the 25% deposit will be non-refundable.

Smoke free policy: For the comfort of our guests, we offer smoke free accommodation, however you are most welcome to smoke outdoors.
